CYM is always looking for people to help in a variety of ways, so if you are interested in volunteering please contact us. You could be a volunteer on trips and challenges we do to help people achieve their goals and make sure they are safe and have a great experience.
CYM is proud to have a growing network of volunteers to help us deliver different challenges, events and activities plus support for others.
CYM arranges many challenges each year including walks, hikes, mountain climbs, running events and much more. If you can help us arrange these, organise these or attend these then we want to hear from you.
We always ensure events and challenges are enjoyable experiences and much of that is down to the people who help us.
Of course, you will benefit greatly too by sharing in fantastic experiences and knowing that you have helped people in their lives.
How to get to know the other Volunteers
CYM hold regular Volunteers Meetings where you can meet other CYM Volunteers, share your views, give us feedback, put ideas forward and generally get to know one another. Whenever there is a Volunteers meeting taking place we will e-mail you. Also we will paste the information about the meeting right here if you are not sure when they are.
Facebook can be an excellent place to tell people about CYM, what we are doing, upcoming events and activities, etc plus you can share articles and updates to tell friends and 'spread the word'! There is a facebook group for Climb Your Mountain (CYM) and also a page for the CYM Challenges.
