We have a free, regular weekly running club for anyone to join in at any level. From beginners to good runners we can help you train, get fit, lose weight, feel better and aim for a particular event if you want to do a 5k, a 10k or a half-marathon. It is friendly and relaxed group and not only are you likely to get fit and feel better but you will probably make new friends too.

We have the weekly Tuesday Evening Running Club and the Sunday Morning Running Club

SUNDAY 5th September - No CYM running club this Sunday... but there is a Parks Trust Run (2, 4 and 10k routes) Meet in the car park, Merlewood Drive, V2 Tattenhoe Street, Shenley Wood, Milton Keynes.
The runs are usually about 30-40 mins and all levels of ability are catered for.
Also, every Tuesday at 6.30pm there is the Fitness and Running club.... choose between doing an outside fitness session or go for a run with us. Meet at the Newlands Tree Cathedral car park.
