Fitness & Running Classes - Every Tuesday Evening

 Starts at 6.30pm every Tuesday evening

Each session is free and will be approx: 35-40 mins.

Meeting at Newlands Tree Cathedral Car Park in Newlands (on Livingstone Drive opposite Gullivers Land) in Milton Keynes.

Fitness Class:

This is for everybody and a total body work out in 40 mintues, not a muscle is missed. Here you will work on your core strength, burn fat and improve muscle strength.

You will never know what exercises you will be doing on the day so you will always be surprised.

With a mix of individual exercises to team games, one thing is assured you will always be having fun.

We totally recomend you give this ago as you will get a great work out but also make new friends.

Running is a great way to keep healthy and keep your heart young. Why not build up your stamina, help keep your body trim and enjoy the fresh air.

We run with people with all different abilities and at Willen Lake there is always a route that is ideal for you.

At CYM you don’t have to run alone as you will be running with us, so with meeting new people and catching up with others you would have completed the run before you know it.
