At CYM we believe that exercise and physical activities can have a real benefit for people in preventing, dealing with and overcoming conditions such as depression, stress, anxiety, low confidence and low self-esteem.

Not only do we encourage physical exercise but we help people to progress so that they can complete an appropriate physical challenge.
In so doing they gain the additional benefits of having a focus, a positive experience and a real sense of achievement.
We aim to help people by providing training, support, advice, motivation and organisation for physical activities and challenges. We provide opportunities for people who can then benefit from our services.
In addition to the benefits from physical exercise and challenges, many people benefit from the social interaction and positive experiences with other people involved with CYM.
